I cannot say enough good things about this place and the incredible people who work there. I walked in without an appointment while the employees were actually on their lunch break, needing a hearing test for my work as a Merchant Marine. Even though they were on their break and I had no appointment, they went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to complete all the necessary paperwork and made sure I was able to receive the hearing test I needed for my job. They were incredibly kind, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire experience, and I was not charged anything for the exam. The facility is absolutely immaculate, and the level of professionalism and genuine compassion I experienced was outstanding. They performed a thorough examination and made me feel completely welcome, despite the fact that I had simply walked in without an appointment. Their kindness is truly unmatched, and I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends, especially anyone who needs help with hearing problems or simply wants to be treated with exceptional care.

I can’t begin to tell You how pleased I am with Garden City hearing center. I came upon them because my previous hearing aids stopped working and when I went to my previous hearing center they told me that the hearing aids had to be sent out for repair and wanted $375 up front and I asked ok will you give me loaners for the 3 weeks it would take to repair mine? The answer was no I walked out noticed the sign for Garden City hearing walked in off the street was treated by their staff with professionalism and courtesy. They confirmed my hearing aids needed to be sent out they handled it for me and without even asking provided me with loaner hearing aids that were in fact better than the ones being repaired. If you need help with your hearing this is the place to go. You will find the staff will make sure you are satisfied before you leave
Very professional and knowledgeable. Tried one of their hearing aids for a short time. Since this is the first time I’ve looked into hearing aids, I’m glad I made an apt with them. I need a little more time to decide and that was ok with them. No pressure to buy something immediately. I would highly recommend them
After noticing that my tinnitus was getting worse, I reached out to Audibel Hearing Center. After thorough testing I was shown how my hearing had degraded in my right ear besides having the tinnitus. I had absolutely no idea how much a hearing device can help manage the symptoms of tinnitus. Best thing I’ve done for my quality of life. They are truly professionals at what they do.

I went for a hearing test today. Sharon introduced herself to me. Very polite and upbeat. Tanya administrated the test. After the test, we went to her office where she explained the results of the test to me and what options I could have to try and improve my hearing. Tanya answered all my questions and concerns and without any pressure or sales pitch shared with me what she thought would help me best. I left their office very comfortable and knew that I was talking to a professional and dealing with a professional office.
